Villa “Grabyte” is located in Kaunas, the second city of Lithuania, just 4 km. from the center of the city and 300 m. away from Nemunas river, beach and pine forest.
Villa was built in 1928. It was renovated in 2021 to become a guest house. We are happy to invite you to our villa, to share with you our history.
It has two floors and it’s about 200 sq.m. surrounded by 1400 sq.m private garden. On the ground floor you will find the main spaces. Upstairs, you will be welcomed by our unique suites each one with it’s own private bathroom.
All the main living areas have about 100 sq. m. and are used by our guests who rent single rooms. If you take all three rooms, the entire villa will be yours.
